Every Step Matters – inpatient education video

G-MUSC ICC member Mellick Chehade and a team from University of Adelaide including patients and health professional stakeholders, created this excellent patient education video, with the aid of a local grant. This video is targeted at patients (and their carer networks) who are going in to hospital and aims to address the importance of maintaining mobility by avoiding sedentary behaviour and increasing physical activity and how to safely maintain mobility in hospital when possible.
